In the gospel of Luke we read about the kindness of the Good Samaritan who assisted an injured man who had fallen prey to robbers.  Taking pity, the Samaritan bandaged the wounds of the injured man and then took him to an inn where he provided funds for additional care.  Follow Jesus' teaching to "love your neighbor" Samaritans at First United Methodist Church are people helping people.
